**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* **Tracking Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
* **Upselling**: Upsell if required.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **Ability to Work Remotely**: Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
* **Customer Service Experience**: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
* **Age**: Over 18 years of age.
* **Typing Speed**: Ability to type 25 wpm.
* **Education**: High School Graduate or GED.
* **Computer Skills**: Comfort with desktop computer systems, proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need:
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS, minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS, ISP with no packet loss, and Ping under 30MS.
