Requirements and Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist, including insurance verification experience, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in inside/inbound sales, with a ability to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our services to potential patients.
- Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
