**What You'll Do**
As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Corporate Card Members. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support through inbound calls, emails, and other digital channels. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and offer tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other digital channels
* Build strong relationships with Corporate Card Members by actively listening to their needs and concerns
* Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to meet the evolving needs of our customers
* Continuously improve product and service knowledge to ensure accurate and effective communication
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Document customer interactions and account information according to established policies and procedures
* Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
* Proven success in a customer service call center environment with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
* Open availability for scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred; education benefits available
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on corporate card services or a related industry
* Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and other banking products
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
