Job Overview

This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to work from home and in our center, located at 1010 N Saint Mary’s St. San Antonio, Texas 78215. As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be the voice of AT&T, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.

What You Can Expect

In this full-time position (40 hours/week), you will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. You will also have access to paid training and additional resources to support your success in your new role as an AT&T Premier Service Consultant.

Compensation and Benefits

Our Premier Service Consultants earn between $16.16 hourly - $17.41 hourly + up to $12,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
