Your key responsibilities will include: * **Engage with Customers via Online Chat**: Respond to a wide range of inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via online chat. * **Provide Accurate and Detailed Information**: Share comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to help customers make informed decisions. * **Schedule Appointments**: Collect and narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments with customers. * **Maintain a Comprehensive Knowledge Base**: Stay up-to-date on available products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers. * **Capture Customer Contact Information**: Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client review. * **Summarize Interactions**: Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Previous Experience in Retail Customer Service or the Automotive Industry**: While not necessary, previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred. * **Ability to Type at Least 35 WPM**: Type at least 35 words per minute (preferred 40 WPM) to meet the demands of this role. * **Proficiency in Basic Internet and Computer Skills**: Have a solid understanding of basic internet and computer skills, including windows-based systems. * **Strong Multitasking Abilities**: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * **Positive and Professional Demeanor**: Possess a positive and professional demeanor to provide exceptional customer service. * **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through written and verbal communication. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: * **Gaming Experience**: Having gaming experience can be beneficial in developing your multitasking skills. * **Previous Experience in a Call Center or Office Setting**: Previous experience in a call center or office setting can be advantageous in this role. **Education Requirements** To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have: * **High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification**: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required. **Experience Requirements** While not necessary, previous experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting is preferred (2+ years experience). **Why Work in Chicago, IL?** Chicago, IL, is a vibrant and diverse city that offers a rich cultural scene, wide range of dining, entertainment, and recreational options, and a strong job market with opportunities for career growth.
