- Log all incidents in our incident tracker tool, ensuring accurate documentation and assignment to relevant groups.
- Provide resolution to customers based on our defined processes and procedures.
- Manage the incident life cycle, including logging, prioritization, categorization, and follow-up to ensure timely closure.
- Continuously upgrade your technical, process, and soft skills to meet client and internal quality standards, including CSAT scores and resolution on call.
- Monitor and track incidents to ensure resolution within the customer's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure effective communication and management attention.
