As an IT Project Manager at Technatomy Corporation, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the implementation and execution of Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) projects within our organization. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and administrators, to ensure the successful planning, deployment, and optimization of LCNC solutions utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, MS Dynamics and PowerApps Suite, Appian, and Box. With a focus on driving business results and delivering high-quality solutions, you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in driving and managing business discussions, including planning, scope management, process, and change management discussions. You should be highly skilled in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convert concepts into professional documents, including presentations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required, and you must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
While not essential, familiarity with Jira and experience working with Federal agencies are highly desirable. If you have a strong understanding of the LCNC industry and best practices in software and solutions development, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be well-suited to this role.
