**All You'll Need for Success**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, TCP/IP, and other networking protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* A+ certification
* MCSE/MCP certification
* Experience working in a help desk or technical support environment
* Knowledge of VPN technology and ability to troubleshoot and resolve VPN-related issues
* Experience working with remote access technologies, including Citrix and Terminal Services
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
