**The Opportunity**
As a K-8th Tutor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with students in a 1-to-1 setting or small group up to 4. You'll be responsible for providing personalized instruction and support to help students achieve their academic goals. With flexible, part-time hours available in the afternoons, evenings, weekends, and summer, you can choose a schedule that suits your needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personalized instruction and support to students in grades K-8
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
* Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
* Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
* Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* 4-year degree required
* Certification/license a plus
* All experience levels welcome to apply – recent grads, current teachers, and retired professionals
* Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students
