We're seeking a highly experienced Lead Information Tasks Examiner to join our team. As a key member of our data entry and information security team, you'll be responsible for leading the development of new tasks and stage enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success, and championing continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Information Tasks Examiner, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading the development of new tasks and stage enhancements to drive success in our data entry and information security operations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues affecting our client information examination stage
* Analyzing complex technical tasks difficulties within a large data climate, requiring in-depth assessment and problem-solving skills
* Leading research and making reports connected with continuous production provokes and presenting findings to internal partners
* Championing continuous improvement, including developing new systems and identifying new opportunities
* Contributing to the establishment of execution norms for the team and ensuring activities achieve or surpass execution measurements
* Directing the daily Risk and Control stream of tasks, focusing on solutions, methodologies, and work guidelines to ensure a successful outcome
* Leading teams to comply with time constraints and drive new initiatives
* Auditing, approving, and executing recommended changes to plans
* Collaborating and communicating with team members to resolve issues and achieve innovation mandates
* Serving as a mentor to peers and contributing to the growth and development of the team
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in investigation, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong technical skills, with experience in data entry and information security
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* 2+ years of experience supporting large data environments
* 2+ years of experience delivering ETL, data warehouse, and data analysis capabilities on large data engineering like Hadoop
* Experience using a mix of tools, including HIVE, Panda, Autosys, Grafana, and Splunk
* Past experience supporting Kafka and MongoDB
