You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, where no two days are the same, allowing you to discover your potential and advance your career. **Key Responsibilities** * Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents * Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements * Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims * De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary * Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth claims process * Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations **Essential Qualifications** * Active Adjuster Insurance License * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred * Strong oral and written communication skills * Logical problem-solving abilities * Ability to type at least 25 wpm * Proficient in using desktop computer systems * Organizational and prioritization skills * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry * Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures * Experience with claims processing and management * Proficiency in using software applications, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth and Development Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating pathways for professional development and career advancement.
