Job Overview
As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in managing multiple live chat conversations with site visitors, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, and connecting them with our practice-based professionals for in-person or virtual consultations. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensure seamless interactions, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule consultations, and manage lead journeys
- Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely and professional responses to site visitors
- Follow established lead journey processes and collaborate with Leadership to achieve strategic sourcing and sales goals
- Focus on both quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats and engaging in meaningful conversations with prospective patients
- Provide accurate information, including starting prices and other approved details, to site visitors and prospective patients
- Qualify leads, assist with sales-related administrative tasks, and contribute to other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Leadership and practice-based professionals, to ensure seamless interactions and exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications and skills are essential:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
- Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
- Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new techniques and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)
- Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
- Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (or both)
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Live Chat Representative or Customer Service Agent
- Familiarity with blithequark's products or services, or experience working in a similar industry
