Key Responsibilities
- Extract remittances based on standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process and/or reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
- Ensure the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions, minimizing delays and errors.
- Confirm equipment is operational, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks as required.
- Provide feedback on workflow and work received, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- Review transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
