Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional customer care and support to our patients, referral sources, and employees. **Job Summary** We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Specialist to join our arenaflex team. In this role, you will provide support to our customers by performing tasks related to patient care and third-party reimbursement. You will be the first point of contact for new customers and will be responsible for processing new orders, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also work extensively with our proprietary system, eIntake, to ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient information. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Providing support to patients, referral sources, and employees through phone, email, and in-person interactions * Processing new orders, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner * Working extensively with eIntake, our proprietary system, to ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient information * Conducting insurance verification and eligibility for services/products * Collecting co-pays and deductible amounts * Preparing complete and accurate files for the Billing Department * Providing education to referral sources, patients, and employees on qualifications for service and 3rd-party billing * Providing product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance * Performing other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent * One year of related work experience in medical billing practices and/or billing reimbursement * Experience in medical field and administrative record management * Ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations * Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written * Ability to interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual) * Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information * Self-motivation, organized, time-management, and deductive problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience with medical billing practices and billing reimbursement * Experience in medical field and administrative record management * One year of related work experience **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Accurately perform simple mathematical calculations * Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written * Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual) * Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information * Multi-task along with attention to detail * Self-motivation, organized, time-management, and deductive problem-solving skills * Work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
