As a Medicare Member Engagement Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for making outbound welcome calls to our members, handling other outbound call projects, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our members have a positive experience with our organization. This is a remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home in the Pacific Standard Time Zone, with hours of operation from 8am to 4:30pm.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma, with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred. You should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer advocacy, and/or healthcare systems, with experience conducting intake, interviews, and/or research of consumer or provider issues.
