As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional support to our customers.
**What You'll Do:**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting real-time, hands-on investigations to locate customer orders and resolve delivery issues
* Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
* Acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
* Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Your Hours:**
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You'll work day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and your work schedule will be at least 6 weeks in advance. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly.
**Basic Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Right to work in the Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
* Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
* Intermediate computer literacy
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekend, and overtime as required)
