About the Role

- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a banking, legal, or financial services environment
- Background in banking, legal, or financial services
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
- Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
