Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specific delegated Customer Service tasks assigned by a supervisor, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

- Document customer issues within our CRM system, following specific guidelines to ensure accurate and detailed records.
- Run reports and analyze data to prioritize and resolve issues based on service level agreements, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service.
- Research multiple system applications to identify the root cause of complex issues, collaborating with internal and external resources as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, providers, and other internal or external partners, determining the most effective response to each query.
- Independently respond to customer inquiries, grievances, or complaints of moderate to substantial complexity, providing empathetic and compassionate support.
- Complete day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, leveraging ready access to advice from more experienced team members as needed.
- Resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills and expertise.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a fast-paced, production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently, with excellent time management skills.
