Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate industrial vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials around the warehouse.
- Transport raw materials, full goods, and/or finished goods to designated areas, ensuring that they are properly stored and secured.
- Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks, ensuring that all products are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Move product and/or materials manually as required, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
- High School or GED preferred, although equivalent experience may be considered.
- 0-3 years of general work experience required, with a focus on warehouse, stocking, or forklift operations.
- 1+ years of prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred, although training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment is a plus, although not essential.
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Forklift certification is required, although training may be provided for the right candidate.
