We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated OnBoard Services Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Jersey, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring seamless interactions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you should have a valid driver's license, be able to obtain and hold an airport identification with a customs seal, and pass a comprehensive post-offer pre-employment background investigation, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check.
