As an Online Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensuring seamless communication with customers and dealerships.

**Qualifications**
