**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, including analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive online sales growth
* Develop and manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels to drive revenue growth
* Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition

* Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress towards goals and inform strategic decisions

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
