We are now seeking an experienced Operations Process Manager to join our team, focusing on customer experience and store operations improvement. The Operations Process Manager will be responsible for managing store operations processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the bottom line. This role involves partnering with the Operations Strategy Team and other stakeholders to drive major process improvement initiatives, analyzing problems, and communicating effective solutions to the team and the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, retail experience, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading teams.
The Operations Process Manager will typically have direct and indirect reports, including 2-5 Business Analysts. This role requires frequent persuasion or influencing of others, assigning and reviewing work, and determining priorities and defining what should be done and how to do it. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve exceptional results.
This role typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
