About the Role: Pharmacy Technician - Remote

We're offering a unique opportunity for both certified and non-certified individuals to embark on a rewarding career as a Pharmacy Technician. This remote role provides the flexibility and freedom to work from anywhere, while being an integral part of our team supporting medication and prior authorization requests. As a Pharmacy Technician with C4 Technical Services, you'll play a vital role in our operations, working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support patients and doctors with medication and prior authorization requests
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties to meet productivity standards
• Demonstrate strong office work skills, including time management, following verbal instructions, and basic computer functions
• Utilize Microsoft TEAMS for communication, collaboration, and file sharing
• Screen share and navigate multiple applications simultaneously using dual monitors
• Download and manage documents, and perform basic functions like copy/paste
• Work flexible schedules, including one weekend day and some evenings, as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong reading comprehension and computer skills
• Ability to work with dual monitors and multiple applications
• Basic knowledge of VPN and desktop applications
• Microsoft TEAMS navigation skills, including Channels, Chats, and file location
• Certified Pharmacy Technicians must be certified nationally or in their state of residence
• Entry-level candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, especially recent college graduates

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician, although not required
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
