- Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and care.
- Provide assistance with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all customers.
- Interpret government rules and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments, staying up-to-date with the latest regulations and guidelines.
