Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing world-class service and support. You will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information about our products and services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This part-time role offers flexibility for those needing a work-life balance, with working hours under 4 hours a day.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.

Requirements

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively: You will need to be able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
Education Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with the following education qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
- Further training in Customer Service is a plus: While not required, further training in customer service is highly desirable, as it will enable you to provide a higher level of service to our customers.
Experience
While previous experience in a customer support role is preferred, it is not necessary. We will provide training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
