As a key member of our team, you'll help explain contract details, manage existing customer relationships, and process payments to resolve customer accounts.
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees. General computer and typing skills are essential, as well as a passion for customer service and quality work. You should be focused, reliable, and able to prioritize, organize, and multitask with ease. A High School diploma or GED is required, and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
