Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities to manage.
