Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Remote Service Technician at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and performing mechanical services on our products. This is a part-time position that requires 8 hours of work per day, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Tampa, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on product equipment according to company standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with product equipment
• Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
• Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on product equipment, including preventative maintenance, programming, and corrective appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service, working as a team player and creating customer-focused organizations
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize technical skills to repair and maintain product equipment

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Technical aptitude to repair machines
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
