Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team in Ohio. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with other duties as assigned, requiring your flexibility and adaptability. This is a part-time, remote position, offering the convenience of working from home, but requiring your presence in the state of Ohio. Our schedule starts at 4am, and we are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting stringent schedules and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process child support payments in the SDU system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates
- Collect, research, organize, and analyze data, using strong analytical skills
- Work collaboratively as a team member, while also being able to work independently with limited direction
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy in all interactions
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability, being able to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Essential Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
