Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data in various systems with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting data entry errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency and resolve data-related issues.
- Generate reports as needed from the data entry software, providing insights and recommendations to improve data management.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent typing skills; ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
