**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Junior Specialist - Customer Care, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving customer issues regarding products or in-store experiences in a timely and accurate manner
* Opening, monitoring, and closing customer service cases in our electronic CRM system
* Greeting customers warmly and determining problems or reasons for calling
* Assisting with customer refunds and reimbursements
* Answering questions about warranties, product availability, and terms of sale
* Escalating cases to second-level customer care when appropriate
* Providing feedback to Customer Service Management regarding departmental and company processes and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
* Using and modifying scripted responses to guide interactions with customers
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1+ years of related experience working in a customer service call center environment
* Previous experience resolving customer complaints
* Experience in the retail/grocery industry (a plus)
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
