As a Part-time Junior Specialist - Customer Care, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-time Junior Specialist - Customer Care, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving customer issues regarding products or in-store experiences in a timely and accurate manner * Opening, monitoring, and closing customer service cases in our electronic CRM system * Greeting customers warmly and determining problems or reasons for calling * Assisting with customer refunds and reimbursements * Answering questions about warranties, product availability, and terms of sale * Escalating cases to second-level customer care when appropriate * Providing feedback to Customer Service Management regarding departmental and company processes and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience * Using and modifying scripted responses to guide interactions with customers **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent * 1+ years of related experience working in a customer service call center environment * Previous experience resolving customer complaints * Experience in the retail/grocery industry (a plus) * Ability to work evenings and weekends * Ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in handling complex and demanding scenarios * Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to deadlines * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and asking questions * Excellent written and spoken communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work well in a close-knit, collaborative environment **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred * Strong customer service experience, especially in assisting customers with resolving questions and potential issues **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in handling complex and demanding scenarios * Excellent written and spoken communication skills * Ability to work well in a close-knit, collaborative environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
