Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced online trainer to deliver live online sessions, webinars, and recorded video lessons on topics such as Java programming, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Business Analytics. As an online trainer, you will be responsible for educating and mentoring students, professionals, and enthusiasts who are eager to learn and develop their skills in these cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Delivery: Conduct live online sessions, webinars, and recorded video lessons on topics such as Java programming, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Business Analytics.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop course materials, including presentations, assignments, quizzes, and projects. Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and provides real-world applications.
- Student Engagement: Facilitate student learning by addressing queries, providing guidance, and encouraging discussions in a virtual classroom environment.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and track students' progress, provide feedback, and offer support to help them succeed in the course.
- Assessments: Create and grade assignments, projects, and quizzes to assess student understanding and practical application of course concepts.

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven expertise and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Java programming, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Business Analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Java and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts (e.g., algorithms, statistical models, Python, R, etc.).
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as GPT, GANs, etc.
- Knowledge of Business Analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Teaching Experience: Previous teaching or training experience is highly preferred, especially in an online or virtual setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
