**Key Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our team, clients, and patients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner.
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
* Previous experience in pharmacy, preferably in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
* In-depth knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus).
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and patients.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
* Experience with data entry software and systems.
* Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
* Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Clinical Pharmacy Technician (CCPhT).
