As a Part-Time Remote Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of hourly workforce to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises**: You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business are operating safely, efficiently, and effectively, and that customer delivery promises are met.
* **Collaborate with all support teams**: You will work closely with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
* **Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach**: You will be required to lift and move packages and equipment as needed, and to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
* **Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts**: You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time during shifts, and to be able to move quickly and efficiently around the warehouse.
* **Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud**: You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where the noise level can be loud, and you will need to be able to communicate effectively with your team and other stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary**
The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications.
