In this critical position, you will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses related to shareholder communications. Your primary focus will be on contested proxy meetings, where you will engage with shareholders, address their concerns, and provide them with accurate information to make informed decisions. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with shareholders, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Your goal will be to ensure that shareholders understand the value and vision of the company's management, dispelling any misconceptions and guiding them towards making decisions that align with their best interests.
To excel in this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or GED, coupled with at least 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field. A good speaking voice and excellent grammar and English speaking skills are also essential. You should be comfortable working in a remote setting and have the ability to read from a script while maintaining a conversational tone.
