**The Role**
As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in the right condition. You'll work closely with our hourly workforce, providing guidance and support to help them meet their goals and deliver exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
* Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
* Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
* Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks
* Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
* Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
* Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
* Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as operations, customer service, or data entry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
