As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email
* Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs
* Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
* Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long

* Experience in a logistics or delivery environment
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Familiarity with data analysis and problem-solving tools
