To be successful in this role, you'll need to have previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment. You'll also need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor that ensures every customer feels valued and supported. Strong problem-solving abilities, a comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are also essential.
