Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting customers with account-related questions, transactions, and issues

- Resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
