* Assist pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
* Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for external program remedy services and handling customer calls
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's standards for store appearance and maintenance
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other team members
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including experience with pharmacy systems and software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
* Familiarity with state and local regulations regarding managed items (e.g., tobacco products, controlled substances)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through arenaflex's assigned PTCB training program
* Excellent numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions
* Proficiency in PC skills, including experience with store stock control and inventory management
* Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and pharmacy operations
