Job Summary
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for verifying the credentials of nurses who have selected a healthcare facility to work with. You will navigate online systems to confirm the validity of their credentials and follow up with them via written message to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, managing multiple chat channels and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Verify the credentials of nurses who have selected a healthcare facility to work with, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Follow up with nurses via written message to confirm the validity of their credentials and provide updates on their application status
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, responding to client inquiries and providing support as needed
- Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide solutions to clients
- Perform data entry and customer service tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with clients
- Work requests and records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying clients' needs and researching to see if requests have the necessary credentials
- Skillfully transition between tasks without losing efficiency or composure, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail
- Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, and remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
