**Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative**
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. You'll have the chance to grow and challenge yourself, discovering your potential can take you anywhere you want to go.
**Responsibilities**
* Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
* Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
* Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
* Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
**Qualifications**
* 6 months of customer service experience minimum
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
* Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
