Essential Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles, with a strong background in data analytics and data science.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles, with a proven ability to effectively guide and lead a team.
- 5+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, such as ADLS, Azure Databricks, Spark, Azure Synapse, Universe DB, DBT, and other big data technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, languages, ML, and frameworks (e.g., Cosmos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to architect and implement scalable and efficient data analysis solutions.
- In-depth understanding and practical application of Lakehouse architecture principles, combining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for robust and scalable data management.
- High-level SQL skills, with a strong understanding of relational databases and business data, and the ability to write complex SQL queries against multiple data sources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Important industry certifications are a plus.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain management.
