Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the success of our Quality Control team. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst and Information Expert, you will be responsible for driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. You will work closely with our team to analyze complex data, develop and present recommendations for groundbreaking ideas and projects, and perform root cause analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements
• Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
• Assist in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility
• Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant aspects of the analysis and facilitate stakeholder understanding
• Assist in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and integrate data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements
• Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team
• Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and methods by monitoring for trends and anomalies
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
• May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with our team and stakeholders to present complex data insights and recommendations.
