Job Overview
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and make recommendations for novel ideas and actions, as well as perform in-depth analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process enhancements. These improvements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby providing a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements.
- Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders.
- Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility.
- Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
- Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements.
- Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and techniques by monitoring for trends and errors.
- Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision.
- May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation materials to groups of varying audiences.
- Ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot, to summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
- Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred.

- Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a strong support/team-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively and be an independent self-starter.
