Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements.
- Help develop and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical Customers and Leaders.
- Assist in analyzing critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to allow Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project commitments.
- Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant points of the analysis to ease stakeholder understanding.
- Help develop and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the cadence, and validating the need of the data requirements.
- Identify anomalies in processes through reviews/audits and communicate findings to the Team.
- Evaluate effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors.
- Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision.
- May perform other work assignments as directed by Team Leader.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to gather, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentations delivered to groups of varying audiences.
- Ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
