Key Responsibilities

Safely lift, load, unload, and transport cargo, baggage, and mail to and from aircraft, as well as operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
Protect cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
Operate equipment such as scanners and computers to ensure accurate handling and tracking of cargo and baggage.
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed.
Work effectively in a team environment to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
