Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- At least 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, including CRM systems and troubleshooting tools
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
- 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction
