Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer requests, including booking and changing flights, and providing flight information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide customers with flight, route, and fare information
- Identify and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate team or manager
- Respond to messages and screen flights as required
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including the System Operations Center (SOC), to resolve customer issues
